Toysera is committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy provides information about our shipping methods, timeframes, and related policies.
2. SHIPPING AREAS
2.1 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all major cities and most areas across India. However, there may be some remote locations where our shipping partners do not provide service. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you after you place your order.
2.2 International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services internationally in the future.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
3.1 Standard Shipping
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (may vary based on your location)
- Available for all serviceable pin codes across India
3.2 Express Shipping
- Processing Time: 24 hours
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
- Available for select major cities
- Additional charges apply
3.3 Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery
- Available only in Rajkot and select nearby areas
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery
- Additional charges apply
4. SHIPPING COSTS
4.1 Free Shipping
- Orders of ₹500 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping
- Promotional free shipping offers may be available during special sales events
4.2 Standard Shipping Fees
- Orders below ₹500: Flat rate of ₹50
- The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout
4.3 Express Shipping Fees
- Additional charge of ₹100 over standard shipping rates
- The exact express shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout
5. ORDER PROCESSING
5.1 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be extended
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed
5.2 Cut-off Times
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
6.1 Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website
- For orders placed as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
6.2 Tracking Issues
If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our Customer Care team at support@toyseraindustries.com with your order number.
7. DELIVERY INFORMATION
7.1 Delivery Attempts
- Our shipping partners will make up to three delivery attempts
- If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package may be returned to our facility
7.2 Delivery Confirmation
- Delivery confirmation is required for all orders
- A signature may be required upon delivery for orders above ₹2000
7.3 Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery
8. SHIPPING DELAYS
8.1 Potential Causes for Delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient not available to receive the delivery
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Unforeseen transportation issues
- Customs delays (for future international shipping)
- High volume periods (like sales or festivals)

- We will make every effort to inform you of any significant delays in delivery
- Please contact our Customer Care team if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
9.1 Restricted Items
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, value, or nature. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
9.2 Address Restrictions
We may not be able to ship to PO boxes, army posts, or certain remote areas. Please contact customer service before placing an order if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
10. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
10.1 Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible
- If you’ve already accepted the package and discovered damage, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products
10.2 Lost Packages
- A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 15 days of shipping
- If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Care team to initiate an investigation
- Once confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund
11. SHIPPING DURING PEAK SEASONS
During peak seasons (festivals, major sales), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will make every effort to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
12. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (FOR FUTURE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
When we begin international shipping, customers will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with importing products to their country.
