ORDERING & ACCOUNT

Q1: How do I create an account on the Toysera website?
A: To create an account, click on the “My Account” button in the top right corner of our website. Select “Register” and fill in the required information. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.

Q2: Can I place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes, we offer a guest checkout option that allows you to place orders without creating an account. However, creating an account makes future purchases easier and allows you to track your orders.

Q3: How do I check my order status?
A: You can check your order status by logging into your account and navigating to “Order History.” If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

Q4: How can I cancel my order?
